AFFIRMATIONS DAY 21 |DISCIPLINE


  1. I AM WILLING TO BE DISCIPLINED.
  2. I HAVE THE DISCIPLINE TO ACHIEVE MY DREAMS.
  3. I AM DISCIPLINED TO CONTROL MY MIND.
  4. I PRACTICE SELF-DISCIPLINE EVERY DAY.
  5. I AM DISCIPLINED TO RESIST TEMPTATION.
  6. I AM DISCIPLINED TO OVERCOME OBSTACLES.
  7. I AM DISCIPLINED TO SUCCEED.
  8. I HAVE THE SELF-DISCIPLINE TO GO OUT FOR A RUN IN THE RAIN.
  9. I CONTROL MY BODY BECAUSE I AM DISCIPLINED. 
  10. I STAY CALM BECAUSE I PRACTICE SELF-DISCIPLINE.
  11. I AM DISCIPLINED.
  12. I CHOOSE TO BE DISCIPLINED.

Three weeks have passed of December and it is day twentyone of our challenge. It usually takes 21 days to create a habit and it takes a lot of discipline to return to a new practice. We celebrate this today by taking a moment and honoring our self-discipline before we move forward for the last week of our challenge.
