I CHOOSE TO LET GO…

I decided that I would try something different this year and prepare my mind for the new year before it is here. The December Affirmation Series is for anyone who feel stuck, tired or just wants to get more positive vibes to spread joy and good energy. You can say these affirmations out loud or silently to yourself while you are getting ready in the morning, while you are walking or perhaps you prefer to do them before you meditate. It doesn’t matter what time you do them, the trick is to be consistent and commit to the affirmations daily. Are you up for the challenge?


AFFIRMATIONS DAY 1 | LETTING GO


  1. I AM WILLING TO LET GO OF ALL THAT IS NO LONGER SERVING ME.
  2. I LET GO OF OLD BELIEFS.
  3. I LET GO OF MY FEAR.
  4. I LET GO OF MY ANGER.
  5. I LET GO OF MY GUILT.
  6. I LET GO OF MY SHAME.
  7. I LET GO OF WHAT IS BLOCKING ME.
  8. I LET GO OF ALL THE NEGATIVITY IN MIND AND BODY.
  9. I LET GO OF THE PAST SO THAT I CAN RECEIVE THE FUTURE.
  10. I LET GO OF STRUGGLE AND SURRENDER TO EASE.
  11. I LET GO OF ALL EXPECTATIONS.
  12. I CHOOSE TO LET GO.

I am committed to spending this month feeding my brain with good thoughts and today I choose to let go of everything that is no longer giving me joy by using these affirmations. What are you ready to let go of? Leave a comment in the section below.
