Gratitude

I am thankful for my body…

It is already February and I thought we would do another monthly series but only this time we focus on gratitude. Every day I will give you a theme and I will list at least three things that I am thankful for surrounding that specific topic. If you want you can follow along or you can add things to my list and create your own gratitude practice. Having a gratitude attitude can help you manifest more of the things that you want to attract into your life. Are you ready to feel thankful?

GRATITUDE DAY 1 | BODY


  1. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY EYES BECAUSE I CAN SEE.
  2. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY EARS BECAUSE I CAN HEAR.
  3. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY LEGS BECAUSE I CAN WALK.
  4. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY MOUTH BECAUSE I CAN EAT.
  5. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY NOSE BECAUSE I CAN SMELL.
  6. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY VOICE BECAUSE I CAN SPEAK.
  7. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY HANDS BECAUSE I CAN FEEL.
  8. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY ARMS BECAUSE THEY HELP ME WORK.
  9. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY STOMACH BECAUSE IT NOURISHES ME.
  10. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BODY BECAUSE IT CAN HEAL.
  11. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY HEALTHY BODY BECAUSE I CAN RUN.
  12. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY STRONG BODY BECAUSE IT KEEPS ME SANE.

The body is amazing and it carries us through all the adventures of life. Today we give thanks for the body for keeping us alive in this human experience. Have you thanked your body today?
