- I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE I LOVE TO GIVE MY BODY NEW ENERGY.
- I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE I CAN FEEL ALIVE AND VIBRANT IN JUST ONE SECOND.
- I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE IT FEELS SO NICE TO INHALE FRESH AIR AND EXHALE THE OLD.
- I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE IT FUELS MY LUNGS WITH NEW POWER.
- I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE WHEN I NOTICE IT I CAN SLOW DOWN AND APPRECIATE MY BODY IN THE NOW.
How to use your breath to be more mindful;
- Breathe in.
- Pause.
- Breathe out.
- Pause.
- Release.
- Let go.
- Repeat step 1.
