I am thankful for my breath…

GRATITUDE DAY 17 | BREATH

  1. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE IT BRINGS ME BACK TO THE PRESENT MOMENT.
  2. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE I LOVE TO GIVE MY BODY NEW ENERGY.
  3. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE I CAN FEEL ALIVE AND VIBRANT IN JUST ONE SECOND.
  4. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE IT FEELS SO NICE TO INHALE FRESH AIR AND EXHALE THE OLD.
  5. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE IT FUELS MY LUNGS WITH NEW POWER.
  6. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY BREATH BECAUSE WHEN I NOTICE IT I CAN SLOW DOWN AND APPRECIATE MY BODY IN THE NOW.

How to use your breath to be more mindful;

  1. Breathe in.
  2. Pause.
  3. Breathe out.
  4. Pause.
  5. Release.
  6. Let go.
  7. Repeat step 1.
