I am thankful for my feelings

GRATITUDE DAY 16 | FEELINGS

  1. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE THEY GUIDE ME TO MY EMOTIONS.
  2. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS CHANGING.
  3. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE I CAN CHOOSE TO FEEL JOY.
  4. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE THEY SPREAD POSITIVE VIBRATIONS.
  5. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE I LOVE TO EXPERIENCE ALL THE DIFFERENT HUMAN EMOTIONS.
  6. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE THEY NEVER LIE.
  7. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE THEY WORK LIKE A WARNING SIGNAL FOR MY SURROUNDINGS.
  8. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE I CAN USE THEM TO MANIFEST MY REALITY.
  9. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE I CAN SPREAD HAPPINESS WITH MY VIBRATIONS.
  10. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE THEY HELP LEARN MY LESSONS IN LIFE.
  11. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE I LOVE BEING AN EMPATH.
  12. I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FEELINGS BECAUSE I CAN CONNECT TO OTHER PEOPLES EMOTIONS AND FEEL THEIR VIBRATIONS.

Being an emotional human being is not always easy but if you learn how to control your feelings you can find that having a big heart is actually pretty great. I consider myself an empath and can feel other peoples emotions even when they haven’t expressed how they feel verbally. Sometimes I feel a bit crazy because I can’t separate my emotions from theirs but normally it takes me a minute to recognize where the energy is coming from. When I am alone I feel safer and I can come back to myself again, that is why I love to spend so much time alone. Are you an empath and if so, how do you deal with your feelings?
